About the Event
It’s a great way to enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get on the floor. Chair Yoga can help you improve your flexibility, balance and strength, while being gentle on your joints. It can also help you relax, reduce stress, and feel good.
Chair Yoga is suitable for seniors of all ages and abilities. You can do it at home, at a community centre, or anywhere you have a chair. All you need is a comfortable chair, some loose clothing, and a positive attitude.
