You can contact us to book or cancel an appointment for our Financial Hardship Services between 9am and 3pm daily or to make a general enquiry about any of our other services via phone on 9401 2699.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT APPOINTMENTS:

Due to high demand for financial hardship services (financial counseling and emergency relief), appointments must be made.

Walk-ins available for food relief at the Heathridge Neighbourhood Centre only.

When making appointments over the phone, please call between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday to Friday.

Please notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible.
Office Opening Hours over Christmas and New Year holidays
Our office is closed between December 24 and re-opening on January 10 at 9am.
