    Mondays 9.30 to 11.30am

    Help your toddler learn, play and grow, whilst making fun craft projects. This “hands-on” group is excellent for developing fine-motor skills and eye-hand coordination, whilst letting your toddler get plenty of practice socialising and talking with other children. The activity costs $7 per family and we ask you to bring a piece of fruit to share.


    Thursday's: Every 4th Thursday of the month 7.15-9.45pm

    Support & friendship for parents who are bereaving the loss of a child. Contact 9486 8711 for more information.


    Saturday's: every 4th Saturday in the month 1-5pm

    Healing offered to members of the public—i.e. all welcome. $5 includes afternoon tea. Phone 9401 7338 for more information.


    Thursday's: Every 3rd Thursday in the month 12-3pm

    A supportive group who meet regularly to discuss and share thoughts by women who are experiencing breast cancer. Contact 9324 3703 for information.


    Tuesday's: 9.30 - 11.30am during School Term

    Information, support & skill development for women who are experiencing post natal depression. Contact the Duty Officer on 9400 9599 at Community Mental Health. $4 per adult.


    Monday's: 10.00am till 12 noon

    Bring along paints, brushes, paper/canvas, your Ideas or favourite photo to paint. No Experience necessary. Contact The Spiers Centre on 9401 2699 for more information. Amenity fee $4 plus creche fee.


    Wednesdays: 9.30-11.30am

    This program is designed for women to develop confidence and improve self esteem through the use of developing positive affirmations, goal setting, inner understanding and self empowerment. Bookings essential on 9401 2699. $4 per week per adult plus Crèche fees. Limited crèche available.


    Thursdays: 9.30 - 11.30

    An exciting new craft playgroup for you and your toddler. Come along and create, play and grow whilst making a variety of crafts and new friends. Enhance your child’s fine motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination whilst socialising with other parents. $7 family fee. Please bring a piece of fruit to share.

    Feeling Crafty? Bring your ideas, sense of fun and willingness to learn and share activities to this friendly group. $4 per adult. Crèche available. $4 per child. This program runs during the School Term.


    Wednesday's: 9.30 - 11.30am

    Parents have fun with your children whilst they learn through rhythm, movement and melody A lively group for all children aged 2-5 with emphasis on balance and co-ordination, body and space awareness, rhythm and social skills. $7 family fee. Please bring a piece of fruit to share. Parents must participate in this activity.


    Tuesdays: 7.30pm - 10.30pm

    AA Steps Group HeathridgeDo you think you might have a problem with alcohol? Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. Come along to our meeting at The Spiers Centre or contact AA on 9325 3566.


    Sunday the 3rd of every month 11.30 to 12.00pm

    Want to get out more but can't afford it? Don't know where to go to make new friends and meet people in your community? Come along for a coffee and a chat, board games or perhaps just some mindful colour therapy. This new group commences on 27th April 2016. The cost is a gold coin donation per week.


    Fridays: 9.30 to 11.30am

    This group is for Mother's seeking support for Post Natal Depression. Come together and support each other, whilst your children have fun in a safe and educational environment. Free planning Ahead Workshop

A free workshop on Wednesday 8th March 2017, designed to help people learn the skills and  strategies they need to meet monthly household expenses, pay off debt and build savings. Participants will learn to develop a spending and saving plan, discuss goal setting and identify community resources.
